TAI CHI CLASSES

Our Tai Chi program is a fantastic way to develop balance, energy control, and holistic health for your body.
Class Set-up-
-We'll do some warm up exercises in the beginning.
-We'll go through a short Qigong routine.
-We'll spend the majority of time doing traditional Tai Chi movements in place.
-The goal for this class is to strengthen the balance, joints, and improve overall internal energy to stimulate your internal organs, neuromuscular connections, and immune system.
